All colors are converted to CMYK, the 4 process colors, which are formulated to closely match each Pantone color. CMYK conversion may result in a slight color variation. We cannot guarantee an exact match to a spot color. Metallic Pantone colors are not available.

Die-Cut Tolerance:
Please note there is a 1/32” allowable tolerance for die movement that may be noticeable near the edge of each coaster, especially with designs containing a ring border or a ring of text near the edge.

Smaller Shipments:
Case weight and sleeve packing could vary from these standard specifications according to the cartons used. For shipments of only 2,500 coasters: 20 sleeves x 125 coasters per sleeve = 2,500 coasters per carton. Dimensions: 20.25″ x 8.25″ x 9.75″ Weight: Round – 15 lbs.; Square – 18 lbs.
