Registration
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.
Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed before production.
Taxes
Wagner Match shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders with Colorado Bill to addresses regardless of where they are being shipped. For orders that have Bill to addresses other than Colorado, we do not charge or withhold sales taxes or other taxes.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Wagner Match signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Out-of-Stock Products
All custom products are made to each customer’s specific specifications. All custom merchandise is produced when ordered. There may be times when non-custom merchandise you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wagner Match shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Wagner Match shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wagner Match shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Returns
Merchandise cannot be returned as all item are produced custom to the customers specifications. Orders can be canceled before international shipping for a 10% refund.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email, or call (303)-674-2787 for return authorization.
Production Error
Wagner Match is not responsible for any spelling errors or or incorrect pms colors. Orders will be printed exactly as approved by the customers. We can not guarantee accurate spelling and will print merchandise exactly as shown in art proofs.
Wrong Non-Custom Matchstick Tip Color
Wagner Match does not charge for colored matchstick tips. If a customer received matchbooks or matchboxes with an incorrect tip color Wagner Match will issue a 10% of the cost of merchandise by check or credit card refund.
Matchstick Orientation
Wagner Match cannot guarantee that all matchsticks will be laying in the same direction.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time – Wagner Match domestically ships 5 days per week: Monday – Friday. Orders may take 3-5 days to ship especially during the busy holiday season. If your order requires additional processing, we will contact you via email or phone.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Wagner Match other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
